Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with the sugar and some liquid until smooth. Heat the milk. Slowly stir the pudding powder into the boiling milk that has been removed from the hob and bring to the boil briefly. Stir the pudding every now and then while it cools.
  2. Cut the bananas into slices and place in small bowls. Then pour the pudding into the bowls and let it cool. Finally decorate with the cream.
