Roughly chop the peanuts and caramelize with the banana chips and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Set aside and let cool down. Then break the peanut and banana crunch into small pieces.
Mix the mascarpone with 4 tablespoon Nutella and the remaining sugar. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix half of the caramelized nuts and banana chips with the mascarpone, fold in the cream.
Pour into a bowl and let it freeze for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally otherwise it will be hard. Or put in the ice cream maker!
Tip: If you don`t have that much time, you can prepare the caramel the day before!
