Instructions

  1. Peel and coarsely chop the banana, then puree with sugar, yoghurt and milk and refrigerate. Finely chop the chocolate. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp with a sharp knife. Whip the vanilla pulp with the cream until stiff and fold in the chocolate. Fill the banana shake into tall glasses, garnish with chocolate and whipped cream and serve with long straws.
