Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with sugar and baking soda. Add the softened butter and stir until the ingredients crumble. Now lightly work in the sour cream, egg and banana puree. Add the chopped chocolate. Stir everything briefly 3 times by hand (not with the mixer). Pour the dough into a prepared 26-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 50 minutes.
  3. Let cool down well, then divide horizontally in the middle once.
  4. For the frosting, mix the grated chocolate with sour cream or sour cream and spread it a little finger-thick on the lower half of the cake. Then put the top half on and spread the rest of the chocolate cream all around.
  5. Tip: If you want to bake cupcakes, simply divide the batter into 18 muffin tins and bake for about 30 minutes. Then process the frosting in the same way.
