Instructions

  1. For the garnish, roast the coconut chips in a hot pan without fat until golden. When you have the color you want, place on a plate and let cool down.
  2. Peel the bananas, chop them roughly and put them in the blender with the spices. Don`t forget the basil. Pour in both types of milk and the syrup and puree them fine.
  3. Pour the shake into pretty glasses, garnish with the coconut chips and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
