Instructions

  1. The bananas are peeled and mashed with a fork. If you take fully ripe specimens, i.e. those that already have brown spots, then you save yourself the addition of sugar.
  2. The coconut milk is gradually stirred into the banana sauce so that it does not become too runny. I take a tetrapack of coconut milk for 4 people, if you don`t like it so coconut, you can of course take less.
  3. The chocolate is melted in a water bath and then placed decoratively in lines over the sauce. If you want, you can evenly cover the whole sauce with chocolate. You wait 1 - 2 minutes until the chocolate has hardened again and then you can start feasting.
  4. The recipe is also suitable for children from 1 year of age as a snack or as a delicious dessert.
