Preheat the oven (180 ° C top / bottom heat), line the baking sheet with paper. Beat the margarine and sugar with an electric mixer until frothy. Put the bananas in pieces, stir well. Mix in the baking powder and flour. Put the dough on the baking sheet.
For the crumble, mix the margarine and sugar and add the flour (preferably with your fingers). Make thick crumbles and place on the dough.
Bake for about 25 - 30 minutes on the middle rack (crumble should be light golden, stick test!). Pour 200 ml of cream over the cake immediately after baking. Ideally, let it steep overnight.
Tips:
The recipe is great for additions because of its simplicity! If necessary, add fruits such as apples or cherries - the baking time will then be extended by approx. 5 - 10 minutes.Pour a coconut flake-sugar mixture over the crumble!
