Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Break the chocolate into small pieces and mix with the bananas in a baking dish. Press down very lightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the brown sugar and butter by hand and mash until you have small crumbles. Then place these crumble on the banana-chocolate mixture and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the crumble is nice and brown.
  3. Serve the crumble warm with vanilla ice cream. If you like, you can also use cream or vanilla sauce, but the combination of hot crumble with cold ice cream is simply delicious - and good for the soul!
