Instructions

  1. Put the meringues in a freezer bag and mash them with a rolling pin.
  2. Roast the oat flakes in butter with 20 g sugar until golden, then remove from the fire and let cool down. Mash the bananas with a fork (leave a few slices for garnish), mix with sugar and salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Then mix with the oat flakes, add the drained sour cherries and fold in the whipped cream, but save the rest of the whipped cream and a few sour cherries for the decoration.
  3. First fill the glasses with the meringue crumbs, then pour the oatmeal and fruit mixture on top, then put on a top made of whipped cream and garnish with banana slices, cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Let steep for 15 minutes before serving.
