Instructions

  1. Peel off the onion and clove of garlic, finely dice the onion and press through the clove of garlic. Allow the butter, sauté the onion cubes and garlic in it and stir in the curry powder. Peel and slice 1 banana, add and heat briefly. Now dust with flour, pour in the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes, strain the soup through a sieve and season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice the second banana and add to the soup. Bring this to the boil briefly, stir in the cream, heat it up and finally sprinkle the soup with finely chopped pistachio nuts.
