Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in the pouch according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. At the same time, cut half the onion into small cubes, the banana into slices and half the cashew nuts into smaller pieces.
  3. Then fry the meat in the pan over medium heat, as soon as the meat starts to give off the water, add the onions. Just continue to fry both together briefly and season with salt and pepper. Then add the cream, water, mango chutney, curry and, if you want, the stock powder. Let everything simmer for a few minutes at a low temperature.
  4. Just before the rice is ready, put the banana slices and cashew nuts in the pan, stir well and let simmer for another minute.
  5. Drain the rice and remove the cooking bag. Arrange the rice with the shredded meat on plates and decorate with the remaining cashew nuts.
