Beat sugar and butter until frothy. First stir in the egg, then the salt and finally the mashed bananas. Mix in the oat flakes, raisins and sunflower seeds. Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet.
Put in the hot oven and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Once cooled, cut into bars and pack individually.
Tip: It`s best to freeze, as they don`t last very long.
