Instructions

  1. Place 12 paper cases in the muffin tray. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 °, gas level 3-4).
  2. Mix butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy after adding the eggs.
  3. Mix baking powder with flour, add cocoa and sieve onto the egg mixture and fold in with the hazelnuts.
  4. Peel the banana, mash it with a fork and mix it with the maple syrup and fold into the batter.
  5. Fill paper cases 2/3 of their height with batter and, depending on your mood, place a slice of banana on top.
