Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas with the magic wand until they are runny. Fill up to approx. 650 ml with lukewarm water. Dissolve the yeast either in the banana puree or in a little warm water and add to the bananas. Also add half of the honey to the banana puree. Put the flour in a large bowl and mix with the salt. Now add the entire banana-yeast mixture to the flour and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer until everything is well mixed. Cover the bowl and let rise in a warm place until the volume has increased significantly (or let rise in the refrigerator overnight). Now knead the dough thoroughly and divide it into 10 portions. Shape each portion of dough into a ball and place on baking paper on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise for about half an hour. Now drizzle with the rest of the honey. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the bread for about 30 minutes. Let it cool down a bit and spread it with butter, if possible while still warm.
