Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water, I use the hand blender for this. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and knead well. Cover the dough and let it rest for approx. 30 minutes, knead again and place in a greased loaf pan (approx. 20 cm). Cover again and let rise for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Sweet spreads such as jam, jelly or Nutella go best with this bread.
