Instructions

  1. Puree the bananas and immediately drizzle the lemon juice over them (prevents them from turning black) Mix well with the remaining ingredients and pour the cream into the ice cream maker.
  2. The ice cream is nice and creamy even without the ice machine from the freezer.
  3. Can be used wonderfully as leftover for bananas that have been bought too much - the riper the bananas, the more delicious.
