Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and puree them together with the dates and the yolk in a blender (or with the hand blender) for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, mix the milk and whipped cream in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the hot liquid to the banana puree, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and prepare according to the machine`s instructions.
  3. If you don`t have an ice cream machine, you can put the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer. The mass must be stirred vigorously every 60 - 90 minutes until the ice cream has become firm and creamy.
  4. The ingredients make approx. 300 ml raw mixture or approx. 500 ml ice cream.
