Cut the bananas into small pieces (1/2 cm). Put coconut milk in a saucepan and heat. Add sugar and salt and bring everything to a boil. Take the pot off the stove. Add the bananas and let them steep for a maximum of 3 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes.
TIP:
You can also mash or puree the bananas a little. This dish can be served lukewarm or cold. It tastes e.g., also with vanilla ice cream.
