For the pancake, mash 30 g of bananas for the pancake batter with a fork. Mix the other ingredients, such as spelled flour, vegetable milk, protein powder, cocoa powder and erythritol with the banana. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and bake the dough on both sides for approx. 5 minutes on medium heat.
Spread some nut butter or Nutella on the pancake. Place the banana on top of the pancake and wrap it around.
