Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, curd cheese, sugar and lemon well, finally stir in the cranberries and flaked almonds.
  2. Peel and core the melon, cut the meat into pieces, peel the peaches and also cut them into pieces (set aside about half the amount of pieces) and puree with the peeled bananas, mix with liqueur.
  3. Divide the cream on dessert cups and pour the sauce over it, sprinkle the remaining peach pieces on top - chill.
