Instructions

  1. First puree the bananas in the blender. Then add the milk. Blend for about 20 seconds so that no more pieces of banana can be seen. Then, depending on your taste, add the glucose and the whole grain oat flakes. It is important that you use instant flakes as they are instantly soluble in milk. At the end, mix again for 10 seconds.
