Instructions

  1. Peel and slice 2 ripe bananas. Add to a blender with 0.5 litre cold milk, 1 tsp honey, and a pinch of vanilla.
  2. Blend on high for 30–60 sec until frothy and smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts. Serve immediately.
  4. Variation: swap the bananas for a handful of seasonal berries such as strawberries, raspberries, or sliced peaches.
