Mix the flour with the baking powder. Mash 250 g of bananas with a fork and fold in with the remaining ingredients.
Pour half of the batter into the wells of a muffin tin. Cut the two small bananas into pieces and place a piece of banana in the middle and cover with the remaining dough. Bake at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 30 minutes. (Make a chopstick test!).
The muffins are purposely not very sweet, I baked them for my daughter`s 1st birthday.
If you like, you can of course also add sugar, cinnamon, chocolate, to the dough or dust the muffins with powdered sugar at the end, cover with chocolate or similar.
