Sift the flour into a bowl. Add baking soda and baking powder and mix everything together.
Peel the bananas, mash them well and place in a bowl. Melt the butter, add the eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla sugar and stir everything well.
Gradually add the flour mixture and stir in until a smooth dough is formed.
Distribute the dough evenly in the molds and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and then leave to cool.
In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the butter and vanilla sugar for the spread, sieve in the powdered sugar and stir in well. Brush the cooled muffins with the spread and serve.
