Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the nuts and mix with the honey and cinnamon, set aside.
  2. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and puree with the honey and lemon juice.
  3. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and mix in the banana puree.
  4. Layer the banana foam with honey nuts alternately in dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Garnish with banana slices and chopped nuts and sprinkle with cinnamon if necessary.
  6. Is an ideal office snack, simply put in a food storage container.
