Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Place all ingredients for Mixture 1 in a bowl, mix and set aside.
  3. Peel the bananas, break into pieces, place in another bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and quark and puree with the hand blender or in a blender.
