Line a muffin tin with paper liners and preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Place all ingredients for Mixture 1 in a bowl, mix and set aside.
Peel the bananas, break into pieces, place in another bowl and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and quark and puree with the hand blender or in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients from mixture 2 and stir well.
Now add mixture 1 to mixture 2 and stir and fold in until everything is mixed.
Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake in the oven for approx. 30-35 minutes.
Tip:
Put a tablespoon of batter into the muffin pan, then press a piece of Mars bar or a small piece of chocolate into the batter and cover with the remaining batter.
