Peel the bananas, cut them roughly and finely puree them with the oil. Add the applesauce.
Mix the flour, baking powder and oat flakes and stir into the banana puree. If the mass is very firm, a little milk can be added if necessary. The dough should have the consistency of a firmer batter.
Divide the dough into 12 molds and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tip: For marble muffins, half of the dough can be colored with cocoa. You can mix in ground almonds or almond butter as well as raisins, cranberries, small apple pieces, blueberries or chopped chocolate.
