- In a tall bowl, chop the banana into small pieces. Pour in the condensed milk. Mix with the hand blender until you get a banana milk.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Beat the batter until you get a nice pancake batter. Mix in the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
- Preheat the pan to 3 and grease with oil or butter. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- Arrange on plates and serve with sugar, cinnamon, nut nougat cream or vanilla sauce with ice.
- Tip: If you like, the dough can be enriched with oat or coconut flakes or pieces of banana. Instead of condensed milk, you can also use coconut milk.
