Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions, but with a little less liquid and chill. The pudding should be relatively thick so that it can be processed more easily later. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and stir to a pulp. Add the margarine and milk and mix with the banana mash. Then add the sugar and whisk with a mixer. Gradually stir in the mixture of flour, baking powder and salt. Finally fold in the chocolate chips. If you like, add chocolate shavings so that they melt in the dough during baking.
  3. Fill the dough into molds. Just cover the bottom of a mold and put a layer of pudding on top. Tip: It is good if the pudding has got a skin so that it does not mix with the batter! Cover with a layer of batter.
