Puree the bananas with a little lemon juice. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Use little or no sugar, depending on how sweet the bananas are. Let the pudding cool and then stir in the mashed bananas.
When the pudding is really cold, fold in half of the whipped cream. Pour into glasses and garnish with the rest of the cream and flaked almonds. Serve the pudding cold.
Tip: If the pudding is too runny for you, you can stir in a sheet of dissolved gelatine.
