Simply puree the bananas in the milk with a fork or a hand blender, depending on whether you want a few more pieces in the pudding or whether it should be very fine. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and stir well.
If the bananas are not quite as ripe and sweet, you can of course add a little sugar to make them sweet. Then mix in the instant gelatine and stir well. Put the whole thing in the refrigerator for about 1 - 2 hours.
Of course, you can also mix in other types of fruit if you want. For decoration you can then put everything possible on the pudding: e.g., a few apple slices, tangerine pieces, grapes or chocolate flakes.
This pudding is not to everyone`s taste, but children in particular love it, and it`s just perfect when the bananas in the fruit bowl get dark spots again and nobody wants to eat them.
