Melt the coconut oil in the pan. Roast the walnuts slowly over medium heat. Always swirl or stir so that the walnuts are evenly roasted.
Then mix the cooled walnuts with the quark and yoghurt. Add linseed oil and honey and mix well together again. Peel the bananas and carefully fold them into the curd mixture.
The banana and quark bomb tastes best when it has been through for a good hour.
