Separate the egg. Mix egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Then add the quark and condensed milk and stir well together. Boil the custard with the milk and an additional 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold it into the pudding, which has already cooled down a little.
Mix the vanilla cream with the quark and egg mixture. Press the bananas into small pieces, add to the mixture and mix everything well. Serve cool.
Tip: Drizzle a little lemon juice over the bananas to prevent them from turning brown so quickly.
