- Soak raisins in orange juice for half an hour
- Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl using a sieve.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until completely dissolved.
- Beat eggs, stir in butter mixture.
- Add vanilla, banana puree, and then mix everything with dry ingredients mixture.
- Knead the raisins into a uniform dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking dish, cook the bread for 50-55 minutes at 200 degrees.
