Instructions

  1. Wash the rice, then cook it in salted boiling water. Rinse the finished rice in a colander and let it cool down.
  2. Cook the peas in a little water for 8 minutes and let them cool down as well. Peel the bananas, cut in half lengthways and cut into about 0.5 cm. cut thick pieces. Cut the ham into strips. Peel, wash and finely grate the celery.
  3. For the dressing, stir the quark until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, milk and mustard and season with salt, sugar and lemon juice. Season to taste with curry. Mix rice, peas, bananas, ham and celery. Finally, pour the mayo mixture over and fold in.
  4. Also delicious with heavily seasoned and fried chicken breast pieces instead of boiled ham.
