Put all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, then skim off the foam. Then fill into sterilized, hot jars and close.
Tastes delicious on yeast plaited or brioche that`s what children especially like.
Tip: You can also cook a vanilla pod or - if it`s only for adults - add a dash of white rum.
