Preheat the oven to approx. 200 degrees (convection 175 degrees).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 6 parts. Cut the banana into 12 pieces and place 2 pieces in the middle of the puff pastry pieces. Add 2 toffees each. Cut the strawberries into small cubes and place on the bananas and toffees.
Join the 4 sides of the puff pastry upwards and gently press them together, likewise fold the 4 sides that have now been created upwards again and press them together. Now a small package has been created, which is twisted again at the top.
Place all 6 parcels on a baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. After baking, dust with powdered sugar and leave to cool for 5 minutes before serving, as the contents are very hot!
Tip: Process the puff pastry immediately after taking it out of the refrigerator. If it stands longer, it becomes soft and is difficult to work with.
