Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into approx. 3 mm thick slices and fry them in a pan with butter until they are light golden yellow.
  2. In the meantime, whisk the egg with a little milk and the sugar. Set the bananas aside.
  3. All toast slices with a rolling pin or similar. roll flat. Spread a few banana slices from top to bottom in the middle of each of the slices, approx. 1 tablespoon full, not too much, as these will be rolled up. Brush the sides of the toast, without bananas, with the whisked egg and fold over the banana slices on the right and left. Place the bread slices with the seam down.
  4. Heat the pan with a little butter on a medium heat. Brush the rolls with the rest of the whisked egg on all sides or dunk them briefly like a schnitzel. Place the bread rolls in the pan with the seam down and fry them until golden brown on each side, not too hot, otherwise the butter will burn.
  5. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a plate and toss the rolls fried in butter in it.
