• 2 teaspoons jam (strawberry jam) per banana
• 2 teaspoons brandy, per banana
• 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Whip the whipped cream until stiff.
2. Divide the bananas lengthways. Carefully lift the flesh out of the shell.
3. Brush the inside of the bowl with strawberry jam. Put the banana sticks back in the bowl and drizzle with brandy. Just leave out the brandy for children.
4. Then garnish the banana with cream and cover with chocolate sprinkles.
