Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the bananas. Put in the blender and puree. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, yogurt and banana puree together. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.
  2. Allow to set in an ice cream maker or freezer. When preparing in the freezer, stir every 20-30 minutes at the beginning so that no ice crystals form and the ice becomes creamy.
