Puree the banana. Then add a quarter of the yoghurt and continue pureeing. Fold in the honey and the rest of the yogurt with the spoon.
Wash and quarter the strawberries, leaving some for decoration. Add the strawberries to the yogurt and stir everything with the spoon. Then arrange on plates, place the strawberry halves on them and sprinkle with the grains.
Tip:
I always take the packed lettuce kernels, there are different ones in there.
A good alternative to ready-made yogurt. My children even get it filled with glasses in kindergarten.
