Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them lengthways.
  2. Heat butter and honey in a non-stick pan and lightly fry the bananas in it - then remove and keep warm.
  3. Pour the amaretto into the pan, stir in the flaked almonds and simmer a little - put 2 half bananas on each plate and pour the amaretto almonds with juice over them, pour over the chocolate sauce and serve with whipped cream.
