- Grease a flat, fire-proof dish with a little butter.
- Halve the bananas lengthways, place them side by side in the form with the cut side facing down and pour the egg liqueur over them.
- Beat the egg whites very stiff.
- Fold in the sugar and the two egg yolks and spread over the bananas.
- Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
