Instructions

  1. Grease a flat, fire-proof dish with a little butter.
  2. Halve the bananas lengthways, place them side by side in the form with the cut side facing down and pour the egg liqueur over them.
  3. Beat the egg whites very stiff.
  4. Fold in the sugar and the two egg yolks and spread over the bananas.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.
