Instructions

  1. For the banoffee and the ice cream, boil a can of sweetened condensed milk in the pot for 2 hours. Make sure that the cans are covered with water during the entire cooking time. Let the cans cool down completely for further preparation.
  2. For the banoffee, finely chop the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Then distribute the mixture about 1 cm high in serving rings or in a round baking tin, press down and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Carefully place the caramel mixture from a can of sweetened condensed milk on top of the biscuit mixture. Cut the bananas into slices and spread them on the caramel layer. Whip the cream and pour on it. Finally sprinkle with cocoa powder. It is best to chill overnight.
  4. For the ice cream, whip the cream until stiff and then mix it with the caramel from the 2nd can of condensed milk. Put the mixture in an ice cream maker. Then leave to freeze completely in the freezer for several hours.
  5. Serve decorated with fresh berries.
