Pour the frozen raspberries into the glasses or bowl as the first layer. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces or slices. Spread the peaches over the raspberries as a second layer. Beat the sweet cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and mix with the sour cream. Season again with sugar. Pour the cream mixture into the glasses or bowl as the last layer and chill for at least 4 hours.
Tip: If you like it, don`t mix the sugar with the cream, but sprinkle it over the cream at the end and leave the dessert in the refrigerator to caramelize.
