Mix 3 tablespoon oil with 1 teaspoon salt. Brush the 24 chicken wings with this mixture and place in a baking dish.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes, turning the wings once halfway through.
While the wings bake, make the sauce: combine 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, juice from 1 lime, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste, and a dash of Tabasco.
After 20 minutes, brush the wings with 1/3 of the sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the wings and brush with another 1/3 of the sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the wings and brush with the remaining sauce.
Bake for 10-15 minutes more until the wings reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) and the sauce is caramelized.
