Hard-boil the eggs and cut into small pieces together with the pickles, onions and apples (with the skin). Drain the pepper strips and add. Mix everything with Miracle Whip.
The salad does not have to be seasoned. It still tastes really crunchy the next day (if there is anything left).
This salad is a recipe from Tante Klärchen and a must for us at every barbecue. Also great as a souvenir salad, as many do not know it.
