Ingredients

• 5 clove (s) garlic
• 150 g honey, lihter, more liquid
• 150 g tomato paste
• 150 g tomato ketchup
• 50 ml water
• 50 g mustard
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 5 teaspoons Provence herbs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
• 100 ml rapeseed oil
• Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

1. Finely chop the garlic. Then put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
2. Makes approx. 600 ml.
3. Keeps in the refrigerator for a few weeks if there is anything left over.
