• 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot or hot, to taste
• some salt and pepper
• some curry powder
• some paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

1. Mix all liquid ingredients well so that they combine with the oil and make a smooth sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
2. Tastes great as a grill sauce but also as a marinade for meat or seafood.
