Coarsely grind the multigrain mixture and soak it with the water the evening before (at least 4-6 hours) and let it ferment at room temperature. Now roughly grate the apple in the juice of the lemon, mix in at once so it won`t turn brown. Mash the banana with a fork and mix in as well. Now mix in the fresh-grain meal, fruit, nuts, honey and cream. My standard ingredients are: 1 orange or grapefruit, a few grapes, 1 kiwi and 4 roughly chopped walnuts. With the freshly whipped cream, the porridge becomes fluffy and tastes great. Don`t be afraid of the calories. Also highly recommended as part of the WW program, as the fresh-grain porridge will keep you full for a long time. I always prepare it for two days.
